I was planning a wedding and found Cupcake Novelties' unique rock candy with gold. I am super pleased with my order. I came across these rock candies looking on Pinterest and when I clicked it brought me to this Etsy shop & I could not be more happy that this is where I ended up! From the beginning moment I messaged her for info regarding the package and shipping, I got a response almost immediately. The communication I received from this seller was so amazing, always quick, & always courteous. I ordered about a month in advance but she doesn’t ship until it’s closer to your event date so the product will be fresh, I emailed her the Sunday before my event to make sure & sure enough I received a response the same day ensuring me my order was going out for delivery next day & had 2 days shipping time. I received it literally the next day, the rock candy was amazing, all in tact & beautiful just as they were in the pictures & she even added an extra goodie to taste and try ! I cannot explain how important the customer service was and receive my product on time & this seller absolutely exceeded my expectations on all levels. I will def be returning in the future & I will recommend her to anyone who has an event coming up. Thank you sooooo much!!!!
