Last month I placed a significant order of about $300 for our Under the Sea Mermaid party. I spoke with the seller and she informed me on Wednesday that my order would arrive on time. The order shipped out on time (on Thursday) and was schedule to arrive at my home on Friday (the day before my event). However, on Friday morning I received a call from the seller stating that there was an issue with the label and instead of heading to me in Florida the package was now in Louisiana. She informed me that she had been up all night speaking with the shipping company and it did not look as if my items would be rerouted and arrived to me on time.
This event was my daughter’s bday and farewell party. It was extremely important for us because we were leaving to move across country within a few weeks. All of our family and friends were scheduled to attend and we were expecting about 60 guest. None of this did I tell the seller, but her response to the order being lost blew me away.
She was very apologetic and saddened by what had happened. I could tell her commitment to making our event special (without even knowing the significance) was at the forefront of her mind. Instead of offering me a refund (which I expected considering the circumstance) she stated that she had been up rebaking all of my items and was determined to correct the error. It was a Friday and my event was at 1pm on Saturday!!!! I felt her heart when we were talking and I could hear she would keep her word.
Throughout the process of rebaking the items she texted me repeatedly. Once the items were done and in the mail she updated me again! She gave me an estimate for when the items would arrive at my home 1:30. In that moment (and before) I knew that everything happened for a reason because my event had just been changed from a outdoor venue to my home because of severe weather and we would now be there for the arrival. Needless to say, the deserts arrived 15 mins before the guest and were incredibly beautiful!!!!!! They were set up and ready to go before anyone arrived and the taste blew us away!
I would 100% order from this company over, and over, and over again. I’ve never purchased a product from someone with so much integrity and determination to deliver on their promise! I understand just how overwhelming it must have been to do what she did and it does not go unappreciated. I would recommend this company, her product and this person 1000%! 10/10!!!!! Thank you so much for how you poured yourself into your product and made our event a success. You are truly a blessing!!!!!

Last month I ordered a significant order of treats for my daughter’s bday/farewell party. This event was going to be incredibly special for our family, considering we were weeks away from moving across country and saying goodbye to our family and friends. My order was completed and mailed out on time (on Thursday). However, there was an issue with the label and instead of arriving in Florida the following day (a day before my event, Friday), it arrived in Louisiana.
First thing in the morning I was contacted via phone to give me an update on the package and the owner was extremely apologetic and saddened this had happened. Instead of offering me a refund (which would not have helped at all), she informed me that she had been up since she realized the package was going in the wrong direction and contacted the delivery company to see if it could be rerouted to make it to me on time. When it was obvious that it would not make it to me, she began baking all of my items again in an attempt to get the deserts to me on time in spite of the fact that she would have to pay the shipping and incur the cost of rebaking $300 worth of deserts, again. She contacted me multiple times on Friday while making new deserts and as soon as the items were shipped she texted me again giving me an estimate of when they would arrive. My party was scheduled to start at 1pm on Saturday and the items were scheduled to arrive at 1:30. In the end, the items showed up about 15 mins before the guest arrived and they were absolutely amazing!!!!! Everything arrived exactly when it was suppose to and no one knew the difference!
I have never worked with someone with so much integrity and determination to keep their commitment to their customer. Not only was she kind and compassionate, you could tell she had a heart of gold and it was in the right place. I would order from this company over, and over, and over again!!! The amount of care we received and the quality and taste of the product was incredible! Thank you so much for all you did to keep your commitment and promise to us!!! You are truly a blessing!
